45 minutes of heated or non-heated yoga customized to your needs to help you reset, stretch, and feel good from the inside out.
CONSULTATION SESSION
This 30 minute session is a prerequisite to receiving personal training services. You will have a one-on-one video call to discuss your goals and program design.
