Being active is nothing new to Erica. From playing sports in high school to taking fitness classes in college, she has always found a way to get moving because it made her feel good both mentally and physically. She decided to become a personal trainer because she wanted to share her passion for health and fitness with others. Erica believes that you should enjoy being physically active, and she will help you achieve intrinsic motivation that will allow you to adopt health and wellness into your lifestyle.
